Pranayama II Series with Brian Hogencamp

A series to explore asana conducive for pranayama, the deeper layers of Savasana, breath observation and awareness, steadiness and suppleness in seated Ujjayi and Viloma, Jalandhara Bandha, Bhramari, the art of placing the fingers on the nose for digital pranayama, and Anuloma I.

Recommended that students have minimum three years of study with a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT), attended Pranayama 1 Series or have equivalent experience, and stability and comfort with Salamba Sirsasana and Salamba Sarvangasana variations.
