Life is about change and adaptation

by Corinne Skrobot

Not alone navigating the upheaval of the COVID-19 pandemic, we all must adjust in ways we never believed would be inevitable and necessary. Just one year ago, I was considering moving to Powell River.

The closing of Yoga on 7th studio, a studio I taught at for several years, and a complicated medical condition instigated this change for me. For a number of reasons, the decision to move to Powell River was pushed aside and I’m now back in Vancouver and excited with the changes afoot in my new space.

For many years, I’ve had an independent physiotherapy practice in my Vancouver home. Recently, I’ve expanded this space to include a small well equipped yoga studio — “Mountainview Yoga studio”.

I hope that you’ll come and visit me in the near future. For more information on classes and times, please visit skrobot.ca.
