Patient, encouraging, kind and clear. These are the most common words used to describe Tanya’s teaching. She welcomes all students and abilities. Tanya has been teaching yoga since 2015, she recently achieved her Iyengar certification in 2020.
In-person classes have returned in Old Abbotsford; online classes are also available for those who prefer to practice from the comfort of their own home.
