Sean brings a caring and heartfelt approach to teaching. He encourages and supports students in observing the body to more skilfully align themselves in the poses so all the fruits of the practice can be experienced while maintaining stability and pleasure. Sean gives time to understand the shapes of the poses which creates a deeper connection between body, mind, and soul. This helps the student access develop a calm mind and strong body. Sean also shines light on a more holistic approach to yoga practice, weaving the philosophies of yoga, energetics of breathing and meditative qualities into his classes. Sean’s classes make yoga an accessible, healing and enjoyable practice for everyone.
