Sarah Godfrey

With her clear and insightful teaching, Sarah hopes to ignite the passion for yoga in others so they too may experience its transformative qualities. She has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 1983 and regularly attends workshops with senior Canadian and international teachers. She has been fortunate to study with the Iyengars both in Pune and Canada. Sarah co-directed the Yoga Moves studio in North Van for 12 years and served on the local BKS Iyengar Association for 18 years. She lives at Belterra, a cohousing community on Bowen Island.
