Lily is a joyful and dedicated instructor. She is devoted to her yoga practice and with the Iyengar tradition brings forward her knowledge, as she assists and guides you on your own yoga journey. Additionally, to her Iyengar studies, she completed the Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma and Resilience Program at the Langara College, to especially assist in supporting participants who suffer from mental illness. She is encouraging and tailors the sessions to each ones needs. Lily welcomes everyone to have fun and try a class.
