July Teachers’ Gathering – Summer Fun !!!

The theme of this one is summer fun! In this session, we will explore a few asanas that we might not regularly teach or even practice on our own. We will begin with a practice that prepares both body and mind, then focus on a small group of more challenging asanas and progressive approaches to deepen our understanding. Together, we will practice  different ways to guide one another by providing both support and a sense of direction. Bring your sense of adventure and exploration.
