April Teacher Gathering

Join us for a Teaching from the Heart practice session, where we’ll explore teaching with clarity and compassion—saying what matters, when it matters—integrating the aspects of Maitri (friendliness) and Karuna (compassion) into our teaching.

In this session, our focus will be to:

• Keep instructions simple and precise—not because it’s easy, but because it’s effective.
• Teach to the students in front of you, rather than saying everything you know.
• Trust that our depth of understanding shines through our simplicity.
• Recognize what’s essential and let go of the rest.

Whether you’re a new teacher or have years of experience, this is an opportunity to strengthen your skills, exchange ideas, and connect with our vibrant Iyengar yoga teaching community. Saturday, April 12 from 3:30 – 5:30pm.
