RAYA U.D. Workshop — Refund Policies

1. Cancellation Schedule:
   All refunds are subject to a CAD $25 processing fee.

   Months before the event
   — 5+ months — 100% refund, less a CAD $25 processing fee
   — 4–1 months — 70% refund, less a CAD $25 processing fee
   — Within 1 month of the event — no refund

2. Finding a Replacement: A person who is cancelling a place in a workshop is free to locate someone to take their place, and make arrangements with them, provided that replacement person meets all  requirements for the workshop.
3. Waitlist / Replacement Exception: If a cancelled spot is filled by a replacement participant (either from the waitlist or arranged by the cancelling participant), a 100% refund will be issued, less the CAD $25 processing fee regardless of the timing in Section 1.
4. Illness or Injury Within 1 Month of the Event: Subject to paras. 2 and 3 above, if a person is cancelling because of illness or injury  during the 1 month period, a 50% refund will be granted up to 48 hours prior to the  commencement of the workshop.
5. Participants Awarded a Bursary: If the person cancelling has been awarded a bursary, any refund will have the amount of  the bursary deducted and the person can apply for another bursary for a future workshop.
6. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, all workshop tickets will be fully refunded. A reminder that if you are travelling from out of town, booking flexible travel arrangements would be advisable.
