Join us for an enriching Iyengar workshop with Louie Ettling in the beautiful Fraser Valley. Elevate your practice and deepen your understanding.
Louie is an enthusiastic and grateful practitioner of yoga. She has shared this passion with others for a good thirty five years, as a teacher and a mentor. When creativity and intelligence in each person becomes part of our practice, our work together flourishes in meaningful ways. Louie believes that this development of a humble, curious, inner authority is at the heart of the incomparable teachings of B.K.S Iyengar and his lineage.
About the workshop:
- Two years or more of consistent practice under the guidance of a certified Iyengar yoga instructor.
- A general abilities workshop.
- Prior to enrolling, students with injuries or any sensitive conditions must contact Louie: louie.j.ettling@gmail.com
- Workshop is on the second floor, up a set of stairs.
- Please bring your Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) setup.
