The Four Pillars of Practice

by Nancy Zrymiak

A Yoga Philosophy Workshop

with Leslie Hogya, Judi Mirus, Linda Shevloff and Sarah Bertucci.

During this time of isolation, we must delve into our own practice. In this presentation, our panellists explore the four pillars of practice from the Yoga Sutras – faith, courage, memory, samadhi – to intensify our practice. Hailing from across Canada, our panel guides us in an interactive philosophy discussion using Guruji’s words as inspiration.

Sutra 1.20: Practice must be pursued with trust, confidence, vigour, keen memory and power of absorption to break this spiritual complacency.
