Sara was first introduced to the practice of yoga in 1996, while on a Buddhist meditation retreat in northern India. She completed her Iyengar teacher training in 2007, under the guidance of Beverly Winsor in Newfoundland, and continues to train with senior teachers of the Iyengar tradition. Sara has also had the opportunity to study directly with the Iyengar family at the RIMYI in Pune, India.
Integrating body, breath and mind can have a transformative effect on our lives, both on and off the yoga mat, and Sara delights in the opportunity to share this profound practice with others.
Sara will not be offering regular weekly yoga classes in Richmond this fall.
