Workshop with Garth McLean
Over these 3 days Garth will underscore principles to bear in mind to support healthy nervous system function and encourage balanced autoimmune responses when practicing asana.
To further enhance your experience, participants are invited to share what they may wish to have addressed over the course of the workshop.
Garth will build upon principles and participants’ needs to realize a more rounded practice of yoga asanas, from beginning to intermediate asanas, as appropriate.
This workshop is open to yoga practitioners of all levels, including yoga teachers and yoga therapists. Participants with neurological and autoimmune conditions who are ambulatory and able to independently get down to and up from the floor are welcome.

November 12, 6:00 – 7:30 pm : Gentle asana class focusing on restorative poses
November 13, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm : Asana class
November 14, 10:00 am – 12:30 pm : Asana class
Friday asana and full weekend registration ends 5 pm PST on November 12th, 2021
Saturday and Sunday asana registration ends 9 pm PST on November 12th, 2021
- Zoom links are sent out the day prior to the event, Friday’s up until registration closes.
- Recordings will be available to registrants for a period of 14 days.
