March Teacher Practice

Calling ALL teachers and apprentices!
Please join with your colleagues in an afternoon of fun, dynamic, active poses, jumping and exploration of the progressive approach to more complex poses. We will keep our own practice in mind, but also our understanding of how to introduce more challenging asanas to our students at many levels of ability and experience.

Beyond accomplishing any particular shape, coordination of body, breath, senses and mind will be considered at all stages.
