Workshop with Ann Kilbertus
Asana and Pranayama: Holding opposite Actions to find a Sense of Direction
The B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Association (Vancouver) is pleased to welcome Ann Kilbertus to Vancouver at the Ukrainian Hall in East Vancouver.
Saturday March 19: 10:00 am – 1:30 pm
Sunday March 20: 10:00 am – 1:30 pm
Participants are asked to bring the following props:
1 yoga mat, 2 bricks, 1 strap and what you need for your shoulder stand set up.
Please note that provincial restrictions are in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
- We ask that everyone registering for this event be fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination and ID will be required upon arrival at the venue on both days.
- Masks must be worn upon entering/exiting the room. During practice, attendees can remove their masks but are encouraged to keep them on.
- Participants will be at least 2.5 meters away from each other and windows will be open to allow air flow.
- Capacity will be limited to 40 participants in order to ensure that everyone feels safe.
A refund (less $25 administration fee) is available until March 4. No cancellation or changes will be permitted after March 4.
