The Healthy Back Yoga online course is comprised of seven weeks of classes including yoga, movement, flexibility and strength-building techniques to help relieve back pain while bringing function and confidence back to the body. This course includes over 20 pre-recorded yoga classes and lectures as well as printable practice handouts covering each week. You will learn the basics of yoga to safely develop a home practice and adapt gentle yoga poses to your abilities to help relieve back pain and discomfort. Perfect if you are new to yoga, and/or want to learn yoga to improve strength, flexibility and to feel your best!
