As we head towards the darkest part of the year, come enjoy a Sunday afternoon of gently unwinding with this online restorative yoga and breathing practice from the comfort of your own home. Drawing from B.K.S. Iyengar’s system of teaching, this restorative workshop will offer a practice of supported yoga postures and pranayama breathing exercises that will help us to settle into quiet receptivity and relaxation. The workshop will be a great way to nourish the nervous system and prepare for a restful end to your weekend. All students are welcome.
